Currently the smallest threaded double plunger Kelvin probe worldwide. The ring contact is not spring-loaded.
This solution is outstanding on the market, as common Kelvin probes usually require centers of at least 138 mil / 3,50 mm.
Often the probe with the rigid ring contact is mounted through a ground plate and then contacted with the signal pin on PCB pads.
Application example 1:
The rigid conductive contact carrier plate is used to contact the ring contact of the Mini SMP. The spring-loaded sense pin can then contact the internal contact of the Mini SMP.
Application example 2:
The conductive contact carrier plate is used to make contact to the ground contact of the DUT. The spring-loaded sense pin can then make contact to the conductive sense contact of the DUT.
